Inspired by the Spanish word for “Adventure,” the neighborhood of Aventura is located right in the middle of Sunny Isles beach and Hallandale Beach, a few short miles from North Miami Beach and just minutes away from the I-95. The neighborhood has the distinction of having one of the largest strip malls in the world, which makes it a shopper’s paradise.
Visitors to the shopping mall at Aventura will get to choose from up to 300 retail outlets that occupy the massive 2.7 million square feet shopping plaza located at the east side of Biscayne Boulevard. It is also home to some of the finest residential real estate in Miami.
